It was the wedding of a unique Punjab couple at Saphire Estate, Boston. Interestingly, the venue is full of picturesque and panoramic views. The Massapoag lake makes for a perfect scenic backdrop. Half of my job was complete when the couple approached me for their wedding shoots. The advantages to Indian wedding photographers in Boston are many, specifically speaking the wedding of an Indian couple in city’s cold weather and resplendent sites.
It is quite implicit that every couple has a vision or dream of their wedding. For any couple, their wedding day is an occasion carved in emotions and sentiments of the families that come together. They heard about me through their relatives and friends and after surfing my site, they decided to hand me over this prestigious task. I follow photo journalistic technique in my work and in wedding photography its not only moments that are captured, but emotions too. I always maintain this creative discipline in my work.
So when the final day arrived, I rolled my camera everywhere and clicked pictures from all the angles, effectively merging the scenic backdrops with every ritual. For their special wedding album, I created a combination of scenic photographs, candid photographs, traditional and creative photographs. I am sure the couple will treasure their wedding album for the rest of their lives. The roars of laughter of the baraatis during the varmala when the bride and the groom try to outdo each other, dance session of the couple, the bride and the groom taking vows while walking around the fire – everything was captured with advanced flash photography.
Read on what the couple has to say about the whole experience of the shoot:
“I want to take this opportunity in order to thank Shan for this amazing wedding shoot. There is no dearth of Indian wedding photographers in Boston, but to have somebody who could not only professionally shoot, but could also emotionally engage with the whole process. And, we were lucky enough to have Shan as our wedding photographer. He not only made us comfortable in front of the camera, but my family, friends and relatives. They got clicked before they could actually realize that they are being captured and the result was just so extraordinary. The work is a pure perfection and everyone applauded him for his creative output.”
It was indeed a great moment for me to shoot the wedding of this particular couple as the ceremony was centred in and around the temple of Atlanta. What amazed me the most is that it is situated at the heart of the city. The best part of any photography is that a photographer has to maintain professionalism and a bit of personal touch at the same time. These two factors worked in my favour as the couple is a close acquaintance of mine. They were on the lookout to hire the best Indian wedding photographer in Atlanta, who could not only shoot their big day, but could actually engage personally in every ritual and event. And, trust me this way of approaching the project has done wonders! Every wedding photograph came out to be just picture perfect.
Also, I was lucky enough to get a good client who could associate with my thought process and allowed me to give wings to my creative talent. Marriage is a very significant day in everyone’s life and therefore the memory holds special importance for all of us. As an Indian wedding photographer in Atlanta, therefore, I had to play an important role in building memories. The weather was very refreshing and lively. It was like spring with blossoms all around. It was all decorated with flowers and the floral designs were crafted by the best florist in Atlanta. Designing is an important aspect of every wedding, but blending the characters with the background requires great skill.
I accomplished my project with conviction and captured every shade, every emotion of the Indian wedding in Atlanta with technical precision and expertise. Share some happy moments and spread smile, which is priceless.
“We felt great working with Shan photography. Finding the best Indian wedding photographer in Atlanta, Georgia (GA) is not an easy job, but someone had recommended us Shan Photography and by browsing his website we immediately decided to shoulder him the responsibility. He took a lot of details regarding our family structure and decided upon to visit our in-laws. At first we could not comprehend his way of approaching the work, but when the final output came, we were flabbergasted and amazed to see his masterpieces encapsulating our majestic ceremony. The pictures and the video were of a great quality highlighting the family pride, pure emotions, vibrant details and moments of true happiness and love. There was no superficiality; every picture was canvassed in the most authentic colours of the wedding. Great work done! If you are in a quest for the best wedding photographer in Atlanta then you must go through his website once.”
The Gujarati couple was looking for a celebrated Indian wedding photographer in New Jersey. This is when I was introduced to them through our common friends. The couple looked very lively and energetic and laid down their thoughts in front of me. This transparency really helps a photographer in building up ideas for a wedding. I base my shooting techniques the way couples fetishise their wedding shoot. Here, the bride and the groom wanted to give their wedding album a typical Gujarati look, but with a touch of contemporary trend.
In the courtyard of the Hudson Pride Connection centre the marriage of this Indian couple took place. However, the ceremony was not attended by many Indian guests. I was happily surprised to see foreigners clad in Indian attires. I had to make sure that the ethnic touch of the Indianism remains. It was so much fun to shoot for such an eccentric wedding that even foreigners were posing wholeheartedly. I made sure to the couple that their wedding album will have all those precious and rare memories that the couple will cherish forever.
Not forgetting, the crucial role that the Indian wedding video grapher in Jersey city, New Jersey played. His approach was cinematic and did not miss out on any angle. His cinematographic reels worked in a manner that will always unfold for the families and the couple glorious moments of the past. It will surely give them profound joy and happiness, which is priceless. This Gujarati family ceremoniously followed all the rituals and I had made sure that everything is projected in its essence. It gave me bountiful joy that their reaction to my work was sheer happiness.
“He must have done some research work of our Guajarati customs and rituals; otherwise it would not have been possible for him to maintain such levels of accuracy in his work. We were perplexed in choosing the right Indian wedding cinematographer in New Jersey, but with Shan Photography we got the Indian wedding photographer as well. Needless to say that the whole process of shooting for our wedding was simply mesmerising. My foreigner friends got dressed in the Indian traditional outfits and were wonderfully photographed and filmed. I liked the fact that Shan Photography was able to deliver perfection on my friends’ and family pictures.
I truly recommend Shan Photography to all the couples willing to get married.”
